When I started training again a few years ago, I wasn't in great shape—aches and pains here and there, and I was afraid of getting injured. A dear friend recommended a product called essential amino acids. To be honest, I didn't show much interest at first; as it didn't sound like something I needed. But after my friend sent me the scientific background, I became more and more curious. As I got more and more into it, I wondered why I hadn’t heard about this in such detail before.

I was eager to dive into the research and gather a lot of additional information to fully understand how essential amino acids work in the human body, and what happens when there's a deficiency. Well, I came across some pretty startling data. I asked my friend István Demecs, who has been researching the effects of vitamins and other supplements on the body for more than 20 years, to help me with the analysis, and he was surprised by the information. We tested a wide range of products currently available on the market and finally came to the conclusion that the main problems of our present society could be best addressed by creating Amino Primo.
